About Me.

I'm Rosanna Elisabeth (Marshallsay) MCSP HCPC is a Chartered Physiotherapist and Wellbeing Coach, and Clinical Director of Rosanna Elisabeth Physio & Wellbeing. I have over15 years experience in both the NHS and private healthcare settings.

I am inquisitive and curious by nature and have am on a lifelong quest of diving deeper into the wisdom of our bodies. I have come to realise we have so many tools within ourselves to assist us on our healing journey and I see my role as very much partnering with you- helping you work out why you have the symptoms you've got and joining up various pieces of the puzzle that make your journey unique. I weave traditional physiotherapy exercises with Pilates and somatic movements combined with relaxing hands-on therapeutic touch / massage, and mind-body-nervous system coaching.

I am so passionate about the inter-connectedness of mind-body-soul, and how our emotional wellbeing and stress can affect our physical health. I have undertaken intense rigorous training with some of the world’s top pain specialists through an organisation called SIRPA (www.sirpa.org.uk), who apply this mind-body approaching to finding freedom from persistent pain and body symptoms, and I combine this approach with a trauma-informed somatic therapy known as Embodied Processing.

However do not fear, if you have come here because you are recovering from surgery or childbirth, perhaps you've had a recent injury and your aim to get moving, fit and strong then I am also here for you!  Symptoms such as pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence still benefit from this same holistic approach where you are then back in the driving seat and not having your symptoms dictate what you can and can't do.
