What do I need?

Some very basic exercise equipment such as a small pilates ball, an exercise band and massage balls- kit list will be emailed across on booking

Programme cost?

£66 for first block (includes 6 x 1hour, homework in between sessions, and a 20 minute virtual screening/ introductions before joining the class. £60 for all blocks after.
