PILATES

Pilates is an excellent form of mind body exercise that is suitable for people at all life stages.  Pilates is a low impact form of exercise working on strengthening the ‘core’ muscles that help support the spine,  It is a great form of exercise suitable for all ages and can be adapted for many health conditions such as osteoporosis, post hip replacement, post-natal and hypermobility.

I AM OFFERING IN PERSON (Health Barn, Askham) AND ONLINE 1:1 PILATES (Zoom)

Pilates is about improvement over time, hence I don't offer one-off Pilates sessions. However if you would like to find out whether Pilates is for you then please book in for an Introductory Pilates Assessment Session where we go through your goals and do a thorough assessment of your posture, range of movement, symptoms along with a detailed history. You will also be taught the 5 key elements of Pilates.

PACKAGE OF 6 X 50 MINUTE SESSIONS: £270

PACKAGE OF 12 X 50 MINUTE SESSIONS: £500
